This delivery information covers the key details, including shipping costs, delivery timeframes, unloading requirements and truck access. With stock ready to go and delivery available across Australia, we support everything from home projects to large commercial jobs.

Fast Shipping of Pots in Australia

For stocked items, delivery is typically completed within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location and the delivery schedule.

We work with our own fleet as well as partner with a reliable delivery network across Australia to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, our team coordinates timing and transport to keep everything on track and aligned with your project needs.

Delivery times can vary, especially for regional or rural areas and during busy periods such as public holidays. Larger orders or specific delivery requirements may also affect scheduling, so planning ahead is always recommended.

If you need fast shipping of pots across Australia, place your order early and confirm your delivery details in advance to avoid delays and ensure a smooth, timely delivery.

Packaging

  • All pots come supplied with bubble wrap and a protective plastic film around the pots to protect them during transportation.
  • This protective packaging on your pots MUST be removed within 3–5 days to avoid damage to your pots’ painted surface. If the packaging is not removed, your painted surface in certain conditions will experience bubbling and damage as a result, which is not covered by warranty as shown below. If you feel you can’t remove the wrapping due to your project schedule then don’t have items delivered to the site until you are ready to remove packaging.

Delivery Unload

  • Your delivery method has been chosen and outlined in your invoice. Please refer to the terms outlined in the invoice to check your onsite requirements such as if you need a forklift, etc., to unload your pots. Some of our pots are extremely heavy, and it is your responsibility to unload your items unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure, please ask at least 1 week in advance.

Unloading Equipment

  • Depending on the size of your pots, you may need extra equipment to assist when unloading from our vehicles. If you are using a crane to move your pots into position, a spreader bar is essential to avoid damaging your pots and it’s your responsibility to organise this prior to delivery.

Know Your Delivery Truck

  • Delivery trucks come in all shapes and sizes. It is your responsibility to communicate your exact delivery needs and truck needs at least 1 week prior to the delivery day so that the right truck can be used for your job. If we arrive and you the truck is too big or doesn’t have a tray, this will still require you to find a solution on the day or you will incur additional delivery costs.
