Closing Drainage Holes

The most popular reason our customers block drainage holes is to control water drainage flow to a specific hole. If you require additional holes, they are charged at $5 per hole.

It is not recommended that you block the drainage holes yourself as “Any physical customizations or alterations made by the customer to our pots will void our warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, blocking drainage holes, cutting, reshaping, using geofabric, drilling additional holes, and adding custom drainage systems with plumbing. These alterations change how the pot was designed to be used and, therefore, void our warranty,” as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.

We can block the holes for you at a cost of:

• Pots valued up to $99.95: $20
• Pots valued between $100 and $299.95: $30
• Pots valued over $300: $40

If you prefer to do it yourself, we recommend using a moldable solution like Selleys Knead It Aqua, which is ideal for this purpose.
